GIA is a leading UK based and focused technology enabled property consulting business.

GIA specialises in “Rights of Light” and daylight and sunlight assessment and negotiation as well as other related services, including; party wall planning, wind analysis, building consulting and measured survey on behalf of its clients. GIA’s clients comprise the large real estate developers, architects and local governments and include names such as British Land, Berkeley Group, Transport for London etc.

In October 2023, UK based PE group Lonsdale Capital, backed the management buyout of GIA from its founder. The plan being to professionalise the business, increasingly leverage off their proprietary tech platform, Phoenix, to upsell complementary services to existing and new customers and actively pursue value accretive acquisitions.
