In April 2019 Penta completed a growth capital equity investment into CellPoint Digital, a mobile payment and payment orchestration platform.

CellPoint chelps its customers in the travel, hospitality and retail sectors improve revenues and profitability. It provides a method of payment for the customer that is agnostic to the choice of payment method, currency, device or channel. Easy access to all touchpoints of the complex digital payments ecosystem (including Alternative Payment Systems and E-Wallets), is key to capturing maximum customer wallet share and reducing transaction costs. Alongside the facilitation of payments it also provides customer mobile applications, facilitating additional sales, improving customer loyalty and reducing fraud.
