The business brings together the benefits of a scale national platform supporting the delivery of best in class services to clients locally.

The business is led by Warren Mead as CEO. Warren has a wealth of experience in in the accountancy sector having held multiple senior leadership positions within KPMG over the course of his career. He has an excellent track record of managing and growing large business service operations, latterly as COO of KPMG UK’s non-audit business and a main executive committee member. He is supported by a deep bench of executive talent in the Sumer central team, all with extensive experience in both accountancy and the broader business services landscape. The board is led by Sheila Dean as Chair. Sheila has significant experience with private equity backed businesses having delivered strong returns successive private equity sponsors over the course of her career as the CEO of Equiom Group.
