Wet & Forget is a global leading producer and distributor of specialist indoor and outdoor home cleaning solutions.

Wet & Forget produces a variety of bleach-free and non-rinse household cleaning products including; mould, moss and algae remover (for application on driveways, roofs, stonework etc.), shower cleaner, indoor mould and mildew remover (for use in kitchens, floors etc.), window cleaner, as well as other products e.g. pest control, organic weedkiller.

The Company was founded and is headquartered in New Zealand, however, they sell their products globally, with the main markets being the US, NZ, the UK and Australia. The bulk of their sales are on a wholesale basis through global leading retailers e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Costco etc.

In April 2024, US based PE group Moa Capital, and New Zealand based PE group, Direct Capital, led the buyout of Wet & Forget from their founder. The plan being to professionalise the business, penetrate more of their existing markets (with a particular focus on the US) and grow into new markets with existing and new product offerings.
